This headache just won't seem to go away...kept me up most of the night and I am refusing to take Tylenol since I am trying to cleanse my system.  I am thinking I maybe did not eat enough yesterday and that is part of the problem.

 

Today is the last day of the fiber drink until day 8, 9, and10...thank GOD...I gagged again today.
