Day 6 - Frostbite

 

 

Today is Saturday and we have our bi-weekly race in Forest Park.  We ran a 5K in 8 degree weather...yes...crazy...we know.

I passed  up All-Inclusive Blues Box Tickets tonight because I didn't want to blow my cleanse...Dave however didn't care and took a buddy :)
